Lovence is a co-founder of the LAPO Solutions Ltd and serves as the firm’s Corporation Secretary in which role she is responsible for Administration, Human Resource, and Legal Due Diligence. Aside from LAPO Solutions, Lovence is a researcher and is currently a chemistry and mathematics teacher for Bullitt County Public School systems in Kentucky. She is also a co-inventor of different science and mathematics board games. Lovence is very active in non for profit work, and she is currently a Head of Gender Empowerment/Culture Programs for BEL Projects. Lovence holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Makerere University-Kampala
